Editorial Standards

Nevada Pulse is committed to accurate, fair, and independent journalism covering the entire state of Nevada.

Accuracy

Reporters verify information with multiple sources where possible and clearly label sample or illustrative data used for demonstration purposes.

Fairness

Subjects of critical reporting are given a meaningful opportunity to respond before publication.

Separation of News and Opinion

Our Opinion section is clearly labeled and separate from news reporting. Opinion pieces reflect the views of their authors, not the Nevada Pulse newsroom.

Corrections

When we get something wrong, we correct it transparently. See our Corrections page for our process.
